TZM Molybdenum Alloy

Molybdenum alloy TZM is an alloy of molybdenum, titanium, zirconium, and carbon. It has a higher recrystallization temperature, creep strength, and tensile strength than pure molybdenum.
AM TZM Powder in two particle size options to accommodate different additive manufacturing techniques. Choose from L-PBF (-50+15µm) and DED (-150+40µm) particle sizes. Additionally, if you have specific size requirements, we are equipped to produce custom sizes tailored to your needs.
Typical Applications

Used in high-temperature structural applications (such as high-temperature furnace construction and metal working) and in tooling for hot die forging. It is also used in additive manufacturing applications.

Packaging Options

Jars, pails, drums, multi-ply paper bags, bulk bags, and fiberboard containers
