Vanadium(III) Oxide (V₂O₃)

Vanadium(III) oxide (V₂O₃) vanadium sesquioxide or trioxide is a black solid antiferromagnetic with a critical temperature of 160 K where there is an abrupt change in its conductivity ability from metallic to insulating.
Typical Applications

Vanadium(III) oxide (V₂O₃) catalyzes the direct fluorination reactions. It is used in the coating of carbon nanotubes and as an electrode in lithium-ion batteries. It is also used as a catalyst when making ethanol from ethylene.

Packaging Options

Jars, pails, steel drums, fiber drums, bulk bags
