Titanium Silicon Carbide (Ti₃SiC₂) is a material with both metallic and ceramic properties and is suited for both mechanical and electrical applications. It has high fracture toughness and exhibits high-temperature stability. It also has high electrical and thermal conductivities and is moderately resistant to oxidation.
