Neodymium(III) Oxide (Nd₂O₃)

Neodymium(III) Oxide (Nd₂O₃) is a grayish-blue crystal with a hexagonal structure. It is highly insoluble in water but soluble. It is thermally stable and not conductive to electricity.

Purities available are between 99% and 99.99%
Typical Applications

Neodymium(III) Oxide is used to produce various coloring pigments. It is used to dope and color glass, in ceramics and enamels, and as an activator ion in solid-state lasers.
