Feldspar Powder

Feldspar is a naturally occurring anhydrous, inorganic, igneous rock. A complex aluminum silicate (Tectosilicate) that contains varying amounts of sodium, potassium, and calcium. Feldspar is highly abrasive. Feldspar powder provides strength, durability, chemical inertness, and resistance to wear and can be added to achieve high solids content with low viscosity impact.

Typical Applications

The main uses for feldspar are in the glass and ceramic industries, as well as construction industries. Ground feldspar is also used as a filler in the paint, adhesives, and plastic industries.
