  • Reade sources materials from a global network of over 2,000 vetted manufacturers.

  • Reade is a B2B company and does not sell to individuals due to export restrictions and the potentially hazardous nature of its products.

  • Reade strives to provide quotes within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take a few days depending on the specifications.

  • Reade accepts major credit cards and offers Net 30 payment terms for domestic customers, with international orders requiring prepayment via wire transfer.

  • The buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with export orders. Speak with your Account Manager to clarify what those may be.

  • Shipping options vary based on the material’s nature, with hazardous materials requiring special handling as per regulations.

  • Custom order specifications cannot be changed, but standard stock items can be adjusted by contacting your Account Manager.

  • The lead time varies depending on the material but if an item is in stock it typically ships within 2 weeks. The lead time will be estimated at the time of quoting and feel free to contact customer service for an updated lead time at the time of placing your order. Unless specifically noted, the materials ship direct from third party warehouses not from East Providence, RI.

  • While Reade maintains an updated, relevant Quality Manual and partners only with select manufacturers with excellent quality controls quality issues do happen from time to time. Please contact the sales team and your Account Manager as soon as possible to discuss the specific issue and action items to resolve the issue. If you receive damaged material, please take a photograph and share that with your Account Manager within thirty days of receiving the material so Reade can investigate the incident.

  • Yes, we offer custom packaging, including bulk fill, repackaging, and food-grade (Kosher certified) packaging, as well as custom labeling for sensitive or regulated materials​.

  • Reade partners with select manufacturers who follow strict quality control protocols. We also provide lot-to-lot consistency and quality checks through detailed testing and certification​​.

  • For international customers, all orders must be prepaid via wire transfer. Contact your Account Manager for any specific instructions​.
